3. AC Filter cleaning/replacement

4. Cooling coil & condenser cleaning
   • Removing dust and dirt that block cooling efficiency.
5. Leak test
   • Using UV dye or electronic leak detectors.
6. Electrical check
   • Testing AC switch, thermostat, relays, and wiring.
7. Performance test
   • Checking air temperature at vents and overall cooling.
