Two Wheeler Maintenance (Checking)

1. Apply safety precautions that are observed in the workshop. (Two Wheeler maintenance)

2. Overhaul and troubleshoot suspension, shock absorbers & maintenance

3. Introduction of tubeless tires & their maintenance

4. Service the brake system.

5. Replacement of brake shoes/brake pads.

6. Repair and maintenance of mechanical brake system, and hydraulic disc brake system.  

7. Road test for braking efficiency.

8. Overhaul clutch assembly and adjust clutch lever free play.

9. Repair automatic clutch, automatic transmission, and transmission system

10. Overhaul the gearbox Check vehicle noise from the transmission system & identification of faults.

11. Dismantle the cylinder head and decarbonize.

12. Remove the piston.

13. Connecting rod assembly.

14. Check main bearings and crankshaft, connecting rod bearings, timing chain tension, and replacing the worn chain.
